Individual Coaching sessions offered to all Participants in The Next Chapter Training Programe
Coaching can really help to examine what you think the barriers are and to explore are they real and are they true. It will help participants to clarify or uncover their life’s purpose or vision for their future and help them develop their self-confidence,” explained Mirjam Bader, Project Manager at The Next Chapter. “We are delighted that all of our participants will be offered individual coaching sessions over the next three to four months, as this will continue to build on the existing, comprehensive training programme.
As part of The Next Chapter FREE Training Programme currently being delivered to almost 200 women in Northern Ireland and the border counties of the Republic of Ireland, each Training Participant will also have the opportunity for one-to-one coaching. Coaching has become increasingly popular as a means of personal development as it will provide participants with an opportunity to focus on their own learning and development at a time and place to suit them.
